We value your satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Custom-made or personalized uniforms cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
